The ON-PEI Controversy

My media bench-mate Adriann Kennedy tweeted (@adriannkennedy) yesterday that Richard Hart was expressing annoyance in the post-game scrum that PEI was being fined for shaking hands after the fifth end at 1-11, rather than playing through seven ends as Brier rules require.
On the radio on my drive in this morning, I heard that Glenn Howard had volunteered to pay half the fine (the whole fine is $500).
